Seremban Tournament Result

Hey, guys! I think some of you guys had went to the tournament and it is a bit fun to all of us. Thus, I gonna share the Seremban Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournament result to your guys! However, the sad news is Trishula, Ice Barrier Dragon was no longer the champion prize and it has been replaced by Extreme Victory (EXVC) booster packs, several pack of GS2011 and several packs of special pack. The whole tournament is a knock-out based game and the total number of players whose compete in this tournament is 16 person.

This time, almost all the Seremban duelists also lose in this tournament and the finalists consisted of three Malays and a chinese. However, this is a good phenomenon to Malays Yu-Gi-Oh! players and the whole game is a fair enough tournament. The finalists consist of two six samurai, a blackwings and a magician deck. The champion is Suria Hadi, 1st runner-up is Ahmad Rahimi, 2nd runner-up is Leong En How and 3rd runner-up is Mokhtar. Although this tournament is a small game but it does reflect the power of six samurai deck too.

Thus, I will reveal the deck list of our champion to you guys since March 2011 is coming soon. Basically, this six samurai deck consists of some new cards from Extreme Victory (EXVC). Without wasting your time, let's us look at his deck.

Basically, with the aid of Shien's Dojo he manage to special summon Six Samurai monster even faster than before and it also act as a combo with the Gateway of Six. The strategy is similar to most of the Six Samurai deck and it is more based on special summon plus opponent's field control. Besides that, his hand luck was quite good during the tournament. Most of the time, he is able to synchro summon and special summon monster successfully. As a result, he manage to get the champion.

This tournament also reflected what cards will be included in the coming ban list. Moreover, the release of Extreme Victory also give us some forecast of the ban list such as Gateway of Six and Mind Master. I predicted Tech Genus(TG), Angel, Six Samurai, Blackwings, Machina Karakuri Plant and Psyhic decks would still be the next trend that obviously occurs during the tournament. Apart from the tournament news, next week I'm gonna update the real March 2011 ban list to this blog so guys please stay tuned in my blog and waiting for it.

Okay, I gonna end this post here. Thanks for your precious time and wish you guys have nice day! Please stay tuned for my next post.
